An excellent name from the Portuguese theatre, Adelina Abranches was paid a national homage on the Teatro São Luiz by 1928, and in the current presence of General Carmona, the Leader from the Republic himself. Yet there have been nothing at all to claim that Margarida Adelina, delivered into inadequate Lisbon family members in 1866, would become this admired star from the stage.
