Born in NEW YORK and raised in Scottsdale, Az, Catherine Mary Hicks was a cheerleader at Gerard Catholic SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Phoenix, Az, and graduated in 1969. Hicks went to Saint Mary’s College-Notre Dame University or college and studied British literature.
