Blessed in Washington, D.C. to her dad, an attorney, and her mom, a business girl, Kelly resided in North Virginia until she was 11, when her family members transferred to Portland, Oregon. The executing bug acquired struck early, and by age 3 she acquired memorized every melody in the Wizard of Oz record. Her debut is at the 6th quality, when she transferred to her brand-new school and defeat out all of the boys to try out the component of Scrooge in “A Xmas Tale”.
