Delivered in Rome, Italy, the 25 of Sept 1960, he’s the second child of former acting professional and film article writer Pietro Plinio Quinzi. Graduated cum laudem in Books and Modern Background in the “La Sapienza” University or college of Rome in 1986, he began his profession in the display business as radio reporter in 1988, after that he became a freelance journalist of movie theater and tv, and he’s still, for publications and papers. In Sept 1989 he became a member of the press workplace of MEDIASET, the main Italian private Television network, promoting stars and several hundred series and Television films. As an acting professional he performed in theater, in it series ‘La Scalata’ (1992) of Vittorio Sindoni, and in the documentary on Pier Paolo Pasolini _Uomo fioriva: Pier Paolo Pasolini, El (1993) _, in the part of Pasolini. In 1995 he realised and aimed the documentary ‘Vele al vento’ (Completely sail), made by the Mareaperto Handicap Association, around the sailing for the handicapped. In 1999 he was an associate from the Jury from the Initial Bratislava International Film Celebration.
