Given birth to in Lvov, Ukraine; after that he moved along with his dad Miroslaw Zulawski to Czechoslovakia and later on to Poland. In the past due 1950s, he analyzed movie theater in France. In the 1960s, he was an associate of the popular Polish film movie director Andrzej Wajda. His feature debut Trzecia czesc nocy (1971) was an version of his father’s book. His second feature The Devil (1972) was prohibited in Poland, and Zulawski visited France. Following the achievement of his French debut THAT A LOT OF IMPORTANT THINGS: Like (1975) in 1975, he came back to Poland where he spent 2 yrs in making Around the Metallic Globe (1988). The task upon this film was brutally interrupted from the authorities. From then on, Zulawski relocated to France where became known for his extremely artistic, controversial, and incredibly violent movies. Zulawski established fact for his capability to discover and “rediscover” stars. Romy Schneider, Isabelle Adjani and Sophie Marceau performed their finest parts in his movies.
