Created in Gifu, Japan. He researched books at Waseda College or university. After graduation, operating as businessman, he produced some movies individually. 1977-1979, he worked well as assistant movie director under some directors like Koji Wakamatsu, Banmei Takahashi, Tatsumi Kumashiro, etc. 1979-1990, he produced many blue films as movie director or maker. In these films, we can discover “Hentai Kazoku: Aniki no yomesan” referred to as the 1st movie of movie director Masayuki Suo (the movie director of “Shall We Dance?”). “Since 1990, he offers directed non-pornographic movies, like “Asatte Dansu”, “Ningen Kosaten – Michi”, “Me wo tojite daite”, etc. In 1993, he founded a film production business “Altamira Photos Inc.” with Masayuki Suo and “Shall we dance” group. Since that time, he functions as movie director and manufacturer in the business.
