A graduate from the Sheridan University Classical Animation plan, Brian spent some time working within the animation industry for days gone by 21 years. He proved helpful as an associate animator over the feature film, Rock and roll and Rule, personality designer on the initial Inspector Device series, and design musician on Ewoks and Droids, Smurfs, Flintstone Children, Laser Label and Punky Brewster. He was the design supervisor on Carebears and Teddy Ruxpin, and an animator on Y’s the Wonderful and other brief films. Brian in addition has proved helpful as an illustrator for several advertising organizations whose customers included, Kellogg’s, Nestle’s Quik, Barbie, McDonald’s, and Burger Ruler. His comic reserve personality, The Zit was highlighted within a bi-monthly comic titled, Lethargic Comics which ran from 1991 – 1996. He was also the article writer and musician for the Tex Avery type of comics released by Darkhorse Comics in 1994. He was the Co-ordinator from the Classical Animation plan at Sheridan University from 1996 – 2000. He was also an Trainer teaching Storyboarding, Layout, Personality Design, Animation, History Painting and Lifestyle Sketching from 1988 through 2000. These books are used at many academic institutions of computer animation across THE UNITED STATES, European countries, and Asia. His publication, The Advanced Design and Style Workbook was recently translated into Korean and adopted in to the curriculum from the animation academic institutions there.
