Bruce Caines is a movie director and still professional photographer based in NEW YORK. A indigenous of NY, he analyzed illustration and pictures at the SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL of Artwork and Style, and earned a qualification in good arts at New York’s respectable School of Visible Arts. Ahead of his profession behind the video camera, Bruce pursued a profession in music, performing and playing business lead guitar with many bands in NEW YORK. He worked like a freelance DJ, rotating at underground and personal parties with more youthful sibling Vance Caines. Caines began his photographic endeavors shooting style, but discovered his greatest achievement and pleasure creating editorial and marketing portraiture. Like a professional photographer his customer list ranged from Sony Music,MCA Information, and Spin Publication to CTFA Basis, Revlon, and Merril Lynch. In 1994 he released a photo article, “Our Common Floor – Portraits of Blacks Changing the facial skin of America” (Crown Web publishers) which he published and photographed. The five 12 months self-assigned, self-financed task features tales and portraits of youthful blacks who make an effort to change lives. Regular people living remarkable lives. Bruce Caines’ photos have already been exhibited nationally. He offers lectured in the Artwork Institute of Chicago, several colleges, museums, libraries and colleges throughout the USA. Caines started his cinematic profession directing music video clips. After capturing a no-budget music video for an unsigned NY music group, he was tapped to immediate the title monitor music video “Music Development” for Buckshot LeFonque, the R&B/jazz/hip-hop alter-ego music group of Branford Marsalis He was ultimately hired as a normal movie director for Nickelodeon’s Blue’s Signs (1996). Caines was divorced in 2006 after 13 years for relationship. He provides two daughters. While film path is his concentrate, Bruce is constantly on the take tasks as an editorial and marketing still professional photographer.
