Roger Watkins was created on Sept 17, 1948 in Binghamton, NY. The kid of Leland and Elizabeth Watkins, Roger initial started making films at age ten. Watkins went to the liberal arts university the State School of NY in Oneonta, NY and continued to create movies whenever he could. Noted SUNY teacher and writer Paul M.
