Curt “Mr. Ideal” Henning gained his nickname for “becoming ideal in the band”. As a matter of known fact after almost 2 yrs of contending he was undefeated in 150 directly wrestling fits. His streak was halted on Dec 1, 1989 in Austin, Tx when Terry “Hulk” Hogan pinned “Mr. Ideal”. Ten years later on, Henning would try to end the 150 match earning streak of Expenses Goldberg. However, just as much as he attempted, Mr. Perfect had not been perfect enough to avoid the Goldberg “streak”.
