At five years of age, after observing Jaws (1975) at a drive-in theater, David moved to Martha’s Vineyard along with his family. Living in the isle, he was hardly ever afraid of entering water and he was raised being an enthusiastic enthusiast of film. Showing up as an area high school music group member in Jaws: The Revenge (1987). During senior high school, David spent additional time in the pictures dark space and capturing Monty Python’s Soaring Circus (1969) design shorts with close friends than doing assignment work. After graduating he relocated to the zombie capital, Pittsburgh, PA searching for the Artwork Institute of Pittsburgh. Learning trade display styles, prop/model building and unique make-up results from industry story Tom Savini. It wasn’t too much time before David began working on several films becoming shot in the region. The 1st, a PBS Television film entitled Darrow (1991) starring Kevin Spacey. Where initially he was employed to aid in prop fabrication, after that quickly became Spacey’s stand-in. He also made an appearance as a supplementary in Bob Roberts (1992), nonetheless it wasn’t before Cemetery Membership (1993) and Cash for Nothing at all (1993) where David proved helpful as a complete time Prop Helper. Packaging up all his belongings and with only $100 in his pocket, he drove across country where he was nearly wiped out in a vehicle accident in April of ’93. Borrowing cash from a pal he flew to LA and three times later he began focus on a Danielle Metal movie from the week. David continued to function in the prop section and started branching out to additional departments functioning his method up from what he has always wished to achieve; composing, generating and directing. Early 2001 he remaining Hollywood and relocated back again to Martha’s Vineyard to start out up his self-employed production organization Darkside Films. At the moment he’s developing many in-house tasks while composing screenplays and it is constantly looking for another project.
