Former Globe Wrestling Federation referee Danny Davis was probably one of the most questionable referees in the annals from the WWF. Was stripped of his referee’s permit in 1987 at that time WWF President, Jack port Tunney. Became a wrestler, handled by Jimmy Hart. Wrestled in label team action using the Hart Basis [Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart] Reinstated like a referee by Tunney in 1989. Remained a dynamic WWF referee until his departure through the WWF in 1994.
