Tin Skillet Alley lyricist and composer, best kept in mind for co-writing the Looney Music theme music “The Merry-Go-Round Broke Straight down” in cooperation with Cliff Friend. Franklin became an achieved professional pianist by age thirteen, utilized by various NY publishing homes.
