David Santiago includes a BS in Electrical Anatomist from the School of Tx at Austin and a MSEE in Microwave Systems in the School of Southern California. He spent six years on the Plane Propulsion Lab, California Institute of Technology developing cryogenic microwave oscillators, ultra-stable fiber-optic conversation systems and helping linear ion snare frequency criteria for NASA. During this time period he was involved with all areas of regional theater, improv humor, and low quality films. He became a member of Digital Area in 1996.
