David Tom was created in Hinsdale, Illinois. With help from his mom Marie, he began acting at a age, showing up in advertisements. After showing up in small assignments on Television, David auditioned for the function of Pacey in Dawson’s Creek (1998). He became just a little discouraged when he dropped the function to Joshua Jackson, but shortly came back to auditioning. His following break was included with the function of Whitey in the film Pleasantville (1998). Immediately after he earned the function of Billy in The Youthful as well as the Restless (1973), where he works alongside his sister Heather Tom.
