Don Caron was created on January 15, 1955 in Chelan Washington to Leo Donald Caron and Margaret Yackley Caron, the 4th child of 6. He attended senior high school at Gonzaga Prep in Spokane, Washington and Sacred Center SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Miles Town, Montana. Caron studied in Whitworth College or university in Spokane from 1973 to 1977, beneath the tutelage of Margaret Saunders Ott, being a music main in applied piano. After university, he taught personal piano and body organ lessons for quite some time. In 1976 he founded Composers’ Conspiracy, a business specialized in producing live concerts of music by Northwest composers.
