El Duce was created Eldon Wayne Hoke about March 24, 1958 in Seattle, Washington. He was the child of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hoke. Eldon experienced a brother called Steven and two sisters called Christina and Annetta. Hoke went to Roosevelt SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Seattle, Washington. Bald, bearded, and portly, having a tough gravel tone of voice, a wickedly funny feeling of blithely crude’n’rude irreverent laughter, and an agreeable happy-go-lucky demeanor, Eldon was certainly among the solitary most amusing, vibrant, and entertaining numbers to accomplish iconic position in the past due 1970’s/early 1980’s punk music picture. Hoke was most widely known as the drummer and business lead vocalist for the outrageous and questionable “rape rock and roll” punk group the Mentors, which he was a genuine founding person in in 1977.
