El Duce was created Eldon Wayne Hoke about March 24, 1958 in Seattle, Washington. He was the child of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hoke. Eldon experienced a brother called Steven and two sisters called Christina and Annetta. Hoke went to Roosevelt SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Seattle, Washington.
