Mini Biography

Elaine Mani Lee was created and raised in Bay Region, California where she greatly enjoyed taking part in sports, executing in the institution choir and orchestra, and composing for/directing classmates on stage. At 17, she loaded up her Honda, and transferred to LA to review at UCLA. She graduated using a BA in Mindset. She ventured into advertising, but creativity was generally calling. An a-ha minute arrived while going to St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice. She give up her work, and took classes in music and dance. She arrived at a music studio room, working leading desk throughout the day and executing her poetry and music at open up mics during the night. CFB Casting, a tenant on the studio room, brought Lee set for an audition. She quickly transitioned to film/television, cast as Enthusiast Dancer in Joss Whedon’s film Serenity. She been trained in traditional theatre at A Sound Within, and proceeds to review film/television acting, most inspired by Meisner and Viola Spolin improv. Lee spent some time working several assignments on various displays, like the Mentalist, iCarly and Reserve Membership (hulu). Her latest credits include Sizzling hot In Cleveland, Code Dark and Hurry Hour. She’s also made an appearance in the feature movies Dear Lemon Lima and Behaving Terribly. Lee enjoys dance, golf and deep breathing. She talks Cantonese Chinese language and a little bit of Mandarin, and can be an avid sports activities fan.
