Songwriter (“Slightly Sentimental”, “Let’s Like Once again”), composer, writer and educator, educated in Townsend Harris Hall and UCLA (BA, MA, Ph.D). He was associate professor of British at the School of California, after that associate teacher and vice-chancellor in 1959. He gained two Guggenheim fellowships, and was a Fulbright lecturer in the College or university of Copenhagen, and a lecturer in the Salzburg Seminary in American Research in 1953 and in addition at Great in 1958.
