Ryan was created in Toledo, Ohio, the child of Mary Kate Ryan (nee Manion), a rn, and Frank Harry Ryan, a bookkeeper, who also died when Ryan was 3. He grew up Catholic. He went to art classes in the Toledo Museum of Artwork. Ryan graduated from St. Francis de Product sales SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in 1978, where he was editor-in-chief of the institution paper the guitarist/bassist in the jazz music group. From 1978 to 1982, he went to The School of Michigan and from 1982 to 1986, he went to The Ohio Condition University University of Medication. In 1986, Ryan transferred to LA. In LA, Ryan finished an internship generally surgery at Cedars-Sinai accompanied by a residency generally surgery at Harbor/UCLA. Then finished a pediatric burn off fellowship on the Shriners Medical center for Crippled Kids and a study fellowship at UCLA. Then transferred to Columbia Missouri in 1991 and finished a two season residency in cosmetic surgery at The School of Missouri-Columbia. After moving back again to LA, Ryan was the UCLA Department of Plastic material Surgery’s Aesthetic Fellow for 1993-1994, among three doctors ever to have completed this fellowship, In 1994, Ryan entered personal practice in Beverly Hillsides. The following season, he performed among the first cosmetic surgery “makeovers” on tv, on TLC’s The Procedure. In 1993, while still a Fellow at UCLA, Ryan started removing gang body art. By 1998, he was getting rid of a large number of gang tattoos on a monthly basis within his charity. In 1999, Ryan became the cosmetic surgeon for boxer Oscar De La Hoya and his Golden Youngster Promotions. After that, Ryan is a fixture ringside and provides repaired a large number of lacerations. In 2000, Ryan purchased a ranch in Malibu and extended the range of his charity to add trips towards the ranch for inner-city kids for horse riding, hiking and various other outdoor activities. The ranch shortly grew to 26 acres and finally included tee-pees, a traditional western city, totem poles, a character recreation area, a petting zoo and a botanic backyard. The pets ranged from horses for an ostrich to a buffalo. The charity was ultimately renamed the Bony Pony Ranch Base, after the childrens favourite Bony Pony that was attracted for Dr Ryan by Hanna-Barbera’s Joe Barbera. Ryan has performed medical procedures on tv on numerous superstars. Included in these are Motley Crue’s Vince Neil and pop vocalist Taylor Dane for VH-1’s Remaking. He performed medical procedures on KISS’ Gene Simmons and Playmate Shannon Tweed for the & E’s Gene Simmons Family members Jewels. He performed breasts reconstruction medical procedures on America’s Following Best Model Adrianne Curry for VH-1’s My Good Brady. He performed medical procedures on Girls Following Door’s Patty Wilkinson, the mom of celebrity Kendra Wilkinson. He performed medical procedures on Janice Dickinson for Oxygen’s Janice Dickinson Modeling Company. He performed medical procedures on Showtime’s Family members Business. He famously performed breasts enhancement and rhinoplasty within the Hillsides’ Heidi Montag. The Bony Pony Ranch Basis grew to add excursions to Lakers games, concerts, movie premieres and other special events, aswell as overnight camps in the ranch. Celebrity visitor speakers possess included Spice Woman Melanie Brownish, rapper Eve and UFC celebrity Tito Ortiz. In the summertime and fall of 2008, Ryan hosted a radio show called Sex, Drugs and Silicone on KLSX Free 97.1.
