Gabriel Nahas was created in 1906 in Alexandria, Egypt from a Lebanese family who had settled in Egypt. He provides two brothers, Charles and Edmond, and one sister Rose. He wedded Berthe Naoum in 1944 and acquired two kids, Samir and Fouad. He’s among the main founders from the Studio room Nahas in Cairo and who owns Nahas Movies, the creation/distribution firm, known through the entire arabic globe. He died over the 24th May 1963. Two times afterwards, the Egyptian governement nationalized the Studios Nahas. Between 1932 and 1963, he created around sixty movies included in this the initial Arabic color film, “Baba Aris”.
