Gisela Camara keeps a BA (Hons) Film and Video in the London University of Conversation, The London Institute and spent some time working in the audiovisual sector since 1996. Between 2004 and 2006 Gisela co-directed with Sandra Werneck the documentary “Teenager Mothers”, that was screened on the Berlinale/Panorama in 2006. In 2007 Gisela joined up with Limite Filmes, an unbiased Brazilian production company to focus on its recent opened up drama division as producer. With Limite Filmes she produced “Saens Peña Square”, feature film directed by Vinicius Reis and “180º”, initial feature film by Eduardo Vaisman, to become released in 2011. Since 2009 Gisela continues to be working at Un Desierto Filmes as its professional manufacturer. She done the post creation of Jorge Durán’s “Like is All WE ARE IN NEED OF” which she actually is associate manufacturer and is in charge of developing its upcoming projects.
