Heather Blair was created on Thursday night, 14 August, 1980 in Tucson, Az, USA to Janet Blair and Dr. David Edens, PhD. Her dad was a teacher of Botany and Ecology at Western Virginia State University or college (and Marshall University or college) and is currently retired. Heather’s mom was an educator, aswell.
