Helen’s family carries a large amount of performers. Peter Dinklage is usually her 1st cousin once eliminated. Her mom, Helen Peer (m. Slayton), and aunts Florence Peer (m. Dinklage) and Edna Peer (m. Cardinell) all utilized the final name “Pierre” if they sang in George M. Cohan musicals before marrying and settling down. Her sibling Richard spent his whole profession with Ringling Brothers Circus, including 3 years as the top-hatted Ringmaster.
