Hiroshi Teshigahara was created the boy of Sofu Teshigahara who was simply the founder from the Sogetsu College of Ikebana (bloom set up). In 1950, he graduated through the Tokyo National College or university of Good Arts and Music in essential oil painting. In 1958, he became the movie director of Sogetsu Artwork Centre and got a leading part in avant-garde actions in many areas of art. From 1980, performing as movie movie director, he was the Iemoto (Headmaster) from the Sogetsu College of Ikebana.
