Estonian film director, screenwriter, media professional and columnist Ilmar Raag was created in Kuressaare, Estonia. He was raised in Kuressaare and in addition graduated senior high school there. In 1997 he graduated College or university of Tartu. 1996-1998 he was hosting a film information system on Estonian Country wide Tv. 1999 he received M.A. level in screen composing from Ohio College or university.
