English writer, director and producer. A previous documentary machine, he started using the GPO Film Device in 1937 as an helper, then offered in the RAF Film Device during World Battle II. Post-war, he produced further documentaries aswell as children’s movies, both feature-length (you start with The Stolen Programs (1952)) and pants. His most widely known feature film was created Free (1966), the storyplot from the lioness Elsa, predicated on the task by Pleasure Adamson. He also aimed episodes from the Saint (1962), The Avengers (1961) and THE BRAND NEW Avengers (1976). He later on produced and aimed the favorite cult children’s series Worzel Gummidge (1979), which starred Jon Pertwee like a scarecrow, and consequently aimed Worzel Gummidge RIGHT HERE (1986). He was also attached in the 1970s to a suggested Doctor Who (1963) film compiled by Tom Baker and Ian Marter known as “Doctor Who Matches Scratchman”, that was eventually scuppered by copyright problems and never produced.
