Oscar-nominated screenwriter Jay Presson Allen was created Jacqueline Presson in San Angelo, Tx about March 3, 1922, the daughter of the department store manager. Educated at Miss Hockaday’s College for TEENAGERS in Dallas, Presson in her personal phrases received no education whatsoever. At age 18, she made a decision to become an celebrity in NEW YORK.
