David was created David Warner in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA. He transformed his last name back again to the initial, Warshofsky, in 1984 when he became a member of Actor’s Equity and lawfully when his child Macgee was created in 1997. He visited Saratoga SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and continues to be friends with fellow present biz alumni Lance Visitor and Ed Solomon.
