Jeff McCracken was raised in Chicago. He’s grandson to Robert E. McCracken, jazz clarinetist with Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman, Jack port Teagarden, and Child Ory. Upon departing the Air Power, Jeff researched with Sanford Meisner and Costs Alderson at a nearby Playhouse in NEW YORK and throughout his profession with Stella Adler, Jack port Garfein, and Larry Moss. He’s starred on Broadway, off-Broadway, with Circle Repertory Business in NEW YORK, where he originated jobs in new functions by such playwrights as Lanford Wilson, Beth Henley, and Lee Kalcheim. While on Broadway, Jeff was ensemble by Steven Bochco to superstar in Bay Town Blues (1983), a short-lived tv series about minimal league baseball.
