McVeigh-Schultz grew up outdoors Philadelphia and attended the USC College of Cinematic Arts, learning Film/TV Creation. After graduating, he started editing fact tv and documentaries having a focus on humor, culminating in his focus on Duck Dynasty where he was Supervising Editor on time of year 4 of the favorite show and slice an show that broke all-time rankings records for wire fact programming with almost 12 million audiences.
