The son of Broadway actors Geoffrey Kerr and June Walker, John Kerr began his stage career after graduating from Harvard University. In 1951 he fulfilled Priscilla Smith while going for a course in Serbo-Croatian vocabulary and books at Harvard. These were wedded on Dec 28, 1952, and divorced in 1972. He wedded Barbara Chu in 1979. Kerr provides three kids (a kid and two daughters) by his initial relationship, and two stepchildren by his second. His initial important part is at the play “Bernardine” in 1952 and another year he attained stardom as the timid, delicate lead in “Tea and Sympathy”, a job he repeated in the film edition; Tea and Sympathy (1956). Although he made an appearance in several movies, he wasn’t in a position to build a main profession out of his auspicious debut. He do, however, keep active as a visitor star in many TV series.
