Joseph T. Rucker was, for the better section of his forty calendar year profession, a newsreel cameraman for Paramount Information. He is appreciated for filming the 1915 starting from the Panama Canal, the aftermath from the 1923 Tokyo earthquake, the 1927 civil battle in China and Richard E. Byrd Jr.’s 1928 and 1930 expeditions to Antarctica. In the last mentioned expedition, he and fellow cameraman, Willard Truck der Veer cut back over 160,000 foot of raw video footage. Through the Second World Battle, Rucker protected the issue in the Pacific aboard the American aeroplanes carrier Enterprise. Rucker was created on 1 January, 1887, in Atlanta, Georgia, the next kid of George G. and Sarah Millikan Rucker.
