He was a back heel in his start in wrestling as charactors like “The Blonde Adonis” & “Mr. Universe” for (BWF) English Wrestling Fedaration. Between your 1960s & middle 70s he didn’t wrestle very much, however in 1976 he enjoyed a resurgence along with his biggest gimmick as Big Daddy. The English wrestling fans offered him respect and on Television he drew large viewers when wrestling people like Large Haystacks. The target audience in the masses would chant ‘Easy!,Easy!’ to provide him complete support as the nice guy. He previously wrestled for his sibling Max Crabtree’s advertising called ‘Joint Offers’ on his return. When American Wrestling (WWF) began getting popular in British Television, ITV had droped the Uk wrestling from Sunday afternoon Television & demonstrated WWF during later nights rather. Big Daddy continuing to wrestle off Television for a couple of years more however in August 1987 a tragedy occured. His opposition Mal ‘Ruler Kong’ Kirk passed away in the band when Big Daddy place his finishing proceed him known as ‘The Daddy Splash’.
