American producer who worked his way up with the ranks. Marlowe employed on as an associate prop man in the Warner Bros. studios at 19, and spent another twelve years there operating as an associate director, unit supervisor, and special results movie director for Warner’s pants division as well as for feature film second devices. He became a member of Jam Handy Films, Inc. and created and directed several commercial and commercial films, in addition to a number of the 1st television advertisements. He produced teaching movies for the armed service, a Jam Convenient niche, and directed many early television applications. He passed away at age 85.
