Composer, songwriter and conductor educated in Columbia University, and a music pupil of Andrew Dark brown. He was a pianist in vaudeville and evening membership orchestras, and afterwards, conductor from the Kansas Town Symphony Orchestra and music movie director of the brand new Amsterdam Theater in NY.
