Ludmil Staikov is a stage and film movie director. He was created in Sofia on 18 Oct 1937. He graduated in Theater Directing from your Country wide Academy for Theater and Film Arts in 1960. In the beginning of his profession he staged many productions in the Episode Theater in the seaside town of Burgas that received awards at nationwide theatre celebrations. He continuing his successful profession at the Youngsters Theater in Sofia. From then on he directed some documentaries and applications for the Bulgarian Country wide Tv. His debut in the feature film movie theater was Affection, that was granted the Golden Reward in the 1973 Moscow International Film Event. A few of his most widely known movies are Illusion (1980), Khan Asparouh (1981) and Period of Assault (1988). He’s Teacher of Film and Television Directing, and in 2004 was elected Person in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
