Michael Tierney was created in Hollywood and raised on Wonderland Avenue in the Laurel Canyon section of the Hollywood hillsides. His dad was Edward Tierney, an acting professional and building service provider who constructed many homes along Wonderland Avenue and who was simply the youngest sibling of stars Lawrence Tierney and Scott Brady. Michael wrote, directed and starred in the individual feature, Evicted (2000), which opened the very first Annual Melbourne Underground Film Event in Melbourne Australia in July of 2000.
