Mini Biography

Created in 1913 (or 1915, according for some resources), in Alexandria, Egypt, but raised in Marseille, France. His family members shifted in Athens in 1935. He researched acting in the Crisis College of Giannoulis Sarantidis and produced his stage debut inside a 1944 Athens creation of Leo Lenz’s “Woman I REALLY LIKE You.” In 1946, he became a stage feeling starring reverse Marika Kotopouli in Carlo Goldoni’s “A Servant of Two Experts” (as Truffaldino). He under no circumstances remaining the stage for another fifty years, showing up with great achievement in historic (Aristophanes’ “Thesmophoriazouses”) and contemporary Greek comedies (Dimitris Psathas’ “Thanasakis o politevomnenos”, Alekos Sakellarios’ and Christos Giannakopoulos’ “O filos mou o Lefterakis”), musicals (“Irma la Douce”, “Some enjoy it Popular”) etc. He also became among the all-time greats from the Greek movie theater, starring in about 90 movies. He passed away of lung disease in 2001.
