Given birth to in the pre-war Prague, small Miroslava Sternova (or just Miroslava, while she was known in her film profession) was taken to Mexico by her parents in the past due 30s, leaving her child years, her local Czechoslovakia and her beloved grandma. After earning a beauty competition in Mexico Town, Miroslava spent a while in LA studying performing. Because her Western features, and her indigenous accent, she barely found roles apart from mysterious ladies or international beauties. After a typical profession, she was provided a role by which can be her last & most kept in mind film: Luis Buñuel’s The Felony Existence of Archibaldo de la Cruz (1955). Immediately after the final cover of the film, Miroslava dedicated suicide (evidently because a like deception). Inside a macabre coincidence, the premiere of Ensayo de el crimen, when a polish statue of her is usually incinerated, coincided with her personal cremation inside a Mexican graveyard. Her tragic existence inspired a brief tale in 1990, and a film, Miroslava (1993).
