Gorgeous French beauty who examined dancing in her early career but switched to films in 1944, where she was cast in a variety of heroine roles. She flirted with Hollywood stardom within the 50s, co-starring with Bing Crosby in Small Boy Shed (1953) and Danny Kaye in Me as well as the Colonel (1958). She resolved in England within the next 10 years and made an appearance pleasantly in a number of movies but without very much fanfare. Her greatest movie of this period was the traditional sci-fi YOUR DAY from the Triffids (1962). She ultimately came back to her homeland and spent enough time on TV just before disappearing from watch.
