Norm Berketa was created in Toronto, Canada in August of 1963. He relocated to Ottawa 1969 and is constantly on the live there along with his two kids. Norm had been thinking about the entertainment market and started-out playing drums and acoustic guitar in the rings Al’s Garage area and Silent Q respectively. After an effective summer time with Silent Q, the music group re-structured and became The Initiatives.
