Petko Nikolov Karlukovsky is Bulgarian acting professional . He was created on August 6, 1921 in Slatina, Bulgaria . He in the beginning worked at numerous theaters in Pleven (1943-1945) and Pernik (1939-1941), aswell in the troupes of leading Theatre as well as the Bulgarian Army’s Theatre.
