Robert Benjamin has been around the film market since 1992 and provides nearly 25 years of encounter. He continues to be employed in the film industry like a Director, Assistant Movie director, Editor, Article writer and Producer. In 1991, while learning Drama in the College or university of Cape Town, he wrote, directed and produced his 1st play, entitled Gangsters, at Cape Town’s Small Theater, receiving rave reviews. Robert had written, directed, and created his 1st feature, The Ghost aka Angel Valley, at age 26, starring Gavin vehicle den Berg and Bo Petersen . The film was found by Mnet CABLE TELEVISION and premiered in 1998. (It had been also screened on SABC 1 in 2001 as Angel Valley). Then wrote, aimed, and created the passionate film, Shed Souls, starring Kevin Otto, that was also found by M-net Wire and premiered in 2000. Robert then caused Leon Rautenbach (Mind of Mnet Productions) for two years while developing screenplays, like the supernatural theatre Imaginary Numbers & Angels, the futuristic Chasing Hitler, Jogging With God as well as the Actions/Thriller Shadows. Between 2000 and 2010 Robert also done international and local features and advertisements as an initial Assistant Movie director. In 2012 he Professional Produced the feature Soldier of Future for AMG Movies(USA). 2013 he Range Produced the Theatre Series, Skeemsaam III. In 2014 he Range Produced the 13 component Crime Television Series, Taskforce I for the South African Broadcasting Company (SABC). 2014 Robert also created a 10 component reality show, AN IDEAL Sishebo Display, for SABC & Unilever. Not only will Robert bring an extremely creative method of a movie task as a Article writer, Director and Editor, but Robert in addition has built a reputation like a (Range) Producer to create a creation in on plan and within its allocated spending budget.
