Robert Ray Shafer Jr. was created in Charleston, Western world Virginia, in Apr, 1958. His dad was much apparatus operator and his mom a housewife. As a kid he also resided in Bowie, Maryland, and graduated from senior high school in Romeo, Michigan, in 1976. After participating in Broward University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Shafer transferred to LA in 1980.
