Robert’s initial feature film, “Following the Overflow,” provides played in competition in Dances With Movies as well as the Austin Film Celebration. It was eventually invited to display screen in competition on the 17th Mar del Plata International Film Celebration in Argentina in March 2002. The screenplay which “Following the Overflow” is situated (originally entitled “Wedding cake”) was a finalist in the 1997 Slamdance Screenplay Competition. He was also honored the Grand Award for Best Movie director on the 2002 Rhode Isle International Film Celebration for the film. Robert’s second feature film, “Light of Wintertime,” that he also composed the screenplay, was the official selection towards the 2003 Sundance Film Celebration.
