Bob was created in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Michael and Sally Walker (nee Forrest) but was raised in the east end of Ottawa, ON. He graduated from Gloucester SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL where his like for art as well as the gift from the canvas started to flourish. He went to Sheridan University in the computer animation system and upon graduation was employed by Atkinson Film-Art in Ottawa(a part of Crawley Movies). In 1989 Bob was employed by Disney Computer animation Studio room in Orlando Florida. Getting started like a design artist he worked well his method up to mind of the design dept. and lastly capped away his Disney profession like a co-director from the Disney feature film Sibling Bear with Aaron Blaise and Maker Chuck Williams
