Safin Taki was created on November 9, 1983 in Bucharest, Romania. He’s a Kurdish, Swedish cinematographer, movie director and manufacturer, at 17 he aimed the award earning Swedish short movies “Ingen återvändo” (2001) and “Guldfisken” (2003) . He transferred to Kurdistan, north Iraq in 2004 where he co founded and helped create the Kurdish College of Movie theater. He has aimed and shot many Kurdish short movies with targets women’s privileges, poverty and Peshmerga.
