Jeff founded Starkfilms after a profession on the company side of the business enterprise which culminated in the Creative Directorship of Saatshi & Saatchi. A decade on and Jeff continues to be probably one of the most well known directors in London. Metallic at D&Advertisement and platinum at Cannes in 2001 are testament to his wish to work on new ideas and maintain developing his personal design. Following the achievement of his film Sweets (1999) which stared ‘Ewan MacGregor’, Jeff includes a fresh film project known as Nightfall which is defined to start out filming in middle 2003.
