Stephen Philipson can be an award-winning film editor whose function has screened all over the world. In 2001, Stephen graduated in the Emily Carr Institute of Artwork and Style in Vancouver, where he aimed several short movies, including “Why Can’t I’VE Some?” and “On Particular”. His latest function includes the hit TV series Todd as well as the Reserve of Pure Evil (2010), a distinctive horror-comedy in distribution all over the world. He also slice the features DEVELOPED CELEB (2009), which gained a Jury Award at Sundance Film Celebration, and The Crazy Hunt (2009), voted Greatest Canadian Initial Feature and among Canada’s TOP with the Toronto International Film Celebration. This year 2010, he journeyed to Sri Lanka to edit the battle film Matha (2012), an epic Actions/Love about the latest Sri Lankan civil battle. A graduate from the Canadian Film Center in Canada, Stephen’s initial big break was included with this year’s 2009 documentary Prom Evening in Mississippi (2009) (starring Academy Prize champion Morgan Freeman). Prom Evening premiered in the Sundance Film Event, was broadcast in THE UNITED STATES on HBO, and lately screened in the White House. Stephen is creating a Television series and many feature tasks to direct. He’s the happy owner of three passports (Canadian, American and English) and expectations to keep his filmmaking profession all over the world.
